Easy 3 step avocado bread

Ingredients (serves 2):

2 slices of bread of your choice
Oil for the pan
1 avocado, ready to eat
Salt
Pepper
Approx. 150 g of soft cheese
2 tablespoons of fig mustard
1 handful of radish sprouts

Step 1 | Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of bread until golden brown on each side. Remove from the pan and place on a hard surface.

Step 2 | Cut the avocado in half. Remove the stone and then cut the avocado in its skin into fine strips with a knife. Remove with a spoon and spread on the bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 | Cut the soft cheese into thick slices and spread them on top of the avocado, cover with mustard and sprouts then you’re ready to serve!
